About PlanET Biogas
The internationally operating PlanET Biogas Group is one of the leading providers of planning, plant construction, re-powering, biomethane and service. PlanET has developed the first solids injection technology for biogas plants, offers technology solutions for the use of 100 percent manure or manure and demanding substrates such as straw and grass. Another core business is the fermentation of biogenic waste. Over 250 employees work in the company headquarters in the Münsterland as well as in the international branches in France, UK, USA and Canada. Worldwide, PlanET has already successfully implemented over 600 biogas plants of between 40 kW and several MW.
Our passion is biogas. And this for over 20 years. That is why we offer our customers top class biogas products. Our technology solutions have proven themselves a hundredfold and are being continuously developed. PlanET biogas products have often become benchmarks in biogas technology and receive regular awards.

Since the company was founded by the partners Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Hendrik Becker and Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Jörg Meyer zu Strohe In 1998, the word PlanET stands for customer orientation, reliability, quality and efficiency. This has been proven by various awards such as “The Grand Prix of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises” in 2006 or the profit of the PlanET system Kisfeld in the nationwide KTBL competition 2008. We live our slogan “Plan, build and service” and see ourselves as a long-term partner of our customers. Numerous PlanET products and innovations are patented or patented – for example, PlanET is regarded as the inventor of the first solids injection technology for biogas plants in Germany.
